Любая физактивность лучше полного её отсутствия [1] — с этим, пожалуй, никто спорить не станет.
Но помимо очевидной пользы для здоровья, у занятий спортом есть ещё одно преимущество. Они увеличивают расход калорий.
Одна часовая тренировка в спортзале сжигает от 130 до 350 ккал в час *. Это не так много, но при регулярных тренировках весьма ощутимо. Когда худеешь, надо каким-то образом создавать дефицит калорий — и тренировки здесь внесут свой посильный вклад.
Если с качалкой никак не складывается, есть и другие опции. Посмотрим, какие виды физактивности ещё бывают — в порядке возрастания расхода калорий
